When somebody experiences trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. I truly enjoy bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic or stressful experience. I focus on adults and couples, as well as children and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and unique beings.

My educational background includes a MA in Clinical Psychology from Halic University . I have a bachelor degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from Sakarya University.

I completed my specialization internship at Istanbul Erenköy Psychiatric and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital. I worked in schools and clinics. I offer online therapy services to my clients with Sukha psychology. We also have a face-to-face therapy option for Croatian residents. In addition, with the “Sukha Vacation House” holiday house we have offer accommodation in a place surrounded by green, where our clients can mentally renew themselves and also receive face-to-face and online therapy support. What is CBT?

I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have put my focus on CBT – Cognitive behavioral therapy also at the same time I utilize gestalt therapy, existential therapy and individual-centered therapy techniques.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.
