Social Anxiety Test

The Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) is a self-report questionnaire designed to measure the severity of social anxiety disorder. It consists of 17 questions that assess fear, avoidance, and physiological distress related to social interactions. This test helps individuals gain insight into their level of social anxiety, but it is not a diagnostic tool. If your symptoms are interfering with your daily life, seeking professional help is recommended.
